I’m delighted to report that the world premiere of “The Power of One Voice: A 50-Year Perspective on the Life of Rachel Carson” was a tremendous success! I counted about 175 people in attendance, nearly filling the room (as you can see in the audience picture above), and then we proceeded to sell quite a few DVD’s to the enthusiastic audience after the show. Read on for more details… The event took place at the beautiful National Conservation Training Center – A U.S. Fish and Wildlife facility dedicated to training countless visitors in the art, science, and nuance of nature conservation. (That’s my description– I figure they’ve got their own version… 😉 They have a state-of-the-art theater where we screened the film in full HD 1080p, and the film looked AWESOME on the big screen.
